This M3 trench knife measures 11 1/2” overall. The blade measures 6 3/4”.
The G.I. who carried this knife during the War is identified by his name and serial number on the handle. The vet later wrote down his name and unit on a card before selling it.
Vet-identified knives are often of great interest to collectors.
