1 exceedingly rare Chinese Inspector General's dagger. This rare piece would make an important addition to any premium collection.
This dagger would have been carried as early as 1895 A.D., and as late as the end of World War 2. A photo above is of page 38 of Jan E. Culbertson’s book Chinese Military Daggers.
This dirk has a cutting edge of 10 3/16" (25.9 cm). It measures 17 9/16" (44.6 cm) overall when in its scabbard.

This dirk is in fine condition. The handle material is perfect. The original handle wire is complete. The carbon steel blade has only light staining. The scabbard has light surface oxidation. This offering represents the rare opportunity to purchase an original ca.1895-WW2 Chinese Nationalist Inspector General's Dirk.
