1 antique Japanese WW2 Type 44 Army Officer sword available. This fine Japanese IJA sword would make an important acquisition for any collection.
These swords are usually signed. The tsuka/handle wrap is covering the lower peg/mekugi so couldn't get the handle off. The blade measures 66.2 cm (26 1/16") from blade tip to notch in the blade spine.
Condition:
The mounts are nice, with some occasional oxidation. There are no nicks of any mentionable size in the cutting edge.
