This 72cm masterpiece showcases Picault’s signature Neoclassical-Romantic style with intricate detailing on the duelist’s pose and costume. Features rich brown patina and foundry marks. Museum-represented artist (Chambéry, Clermont-Ferrand collections). Rare surviving example of his martial theme series.
